The Commons at Seaside are the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. Our vacation homes are located on the beautiful Mill Pond in Seaside, OR. where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the morning sunrise over the pond and walk to the hustle and bustle of the Seaside Promenade. Each of the 24 homes in The Commons has two king en-suite bedrooms and is equipped with a full yet compact kitchen. All homes have indoor fireplaces and smart TVs to stream your favorite programs and WiFi. Every guest at The Commons is able to join others in the common area for a pick-up corn hole game.

The maximum occupancy of each unit is 6 people and 1 vehicle. That cannot be exceeded at any time. Visitors and children 4 and up count toward total occupancy.

Smoking is not allowed in the home, boats/tents/rvs are not allowed to park onsite.

Clean and easy
Great little complex! Fun courtyard area with corn hole and games. Nice firepit on our deck that we really enjoyed. The one downside was our unit was two bedrooms (sleeps 6 with sofa bed) and the bathrooms were in the bedrooms so we had to walk into our friends bedrooms to use the bathroom. It worked fine but us but could be an issue for some people. It’s not walking distance to the beach but I would stay here again for sure!

They are like little houses that have a shared lawn and rec room. Great for kids. A little extra but worth it for extended stays at the beach (2+ nights or more) where having a fridge and kitchen is important. I couldn't find a laundry room on the property. The only negative thing I would say is that there is a homeless camp sort of behind the property at the lake and the trail directly behind the property is almost exclusively used by the homeless community in Seaside. They never bothered us.

Not close to the beach but a great spot! My only changes would be the couch is terrible to sit or lay on, I know its a pullout but id just do a oversized couch. Second I went to walk around the pond early the second morning to run into a couple homeless guys. My dog did not like that but not sure you can really do much about that! This is me being picky, great spot which will be better once the pool is up...

This is a great little area of small rental homes. It’s cute, new, well maintained, and the perfect place to stay for a few days in Seaside. There was a full master bedroom downstairs and a pull out couch, then another full master upstairs.
