Charged $350 for a deposit when I was told over the phone it was just a hold on a card, tried to charge me $33 a night for parking, “I was staying for a week….” Switched me rooms when I got there for what they said was a waterfront view, more like bush front view. Room had cobwebs when I got there, NO CHAIRS ON BALCONY, will not provide them! Toilet handle was broken so it ran the whole time we were there

Room had a lot of mold in the top of the ceiling of the shower, missing remote so had to go to the front desk the next day to get one. During check in didn’t offer the signature DoubleTree cookies, also didn’t ask for my Hiltons honors info at all. I was really disappointed, any other times I’ve stayed at a Double Tree I’ve had much better experiences.

I arrived at 5:30 PM and didn’t get to my room until 7:30 PM having to change rooms twice. Then the remote control wouldn’t work. I am absolutely exhausted and worn out from this ordeal to get settled into my room.
