This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are really nice and the lobby/bar area is a comfortable, pretty place to spend some time outside of your room if you don’t want to go anywhere. 1 block from the light rail station and walking distance to many downtown activities. We will stay here again!

They were great! When I couldn’t travel with a gift in my carry on and was rushing out the concierge didn’t let me down and packages and shipped it to me. I didn’t have to chase or worry which is priceless on the road. Thank you!

Go to sleep after a long trip at 9pm. At 10 pm room service comes inside my room! Told them to leave, fall asleep again 10 min later they call me to apologies! Didn’t sleep at all the entire night. For a 5star hotel is an hotel with old rooms and furniture is completely outdated. Concierge and bellmen where good especially Beyonce
