When we check in, the lady at guest service didnt give us any information on parking fee or breakfast or any amenities in the hotel. She was too busy telling her coworker to do some type of organization stuff which she could of done after checking us in. Coming to realize we have to pay $40 plus tax per night for parking in the hotel that we are staying which make no sense. Also if you want breakfast you have to pay an additional $25. Don't think it is free like other hotels.!!! I would expect hilton would trained their employees better than that to inform their guest on important information like parking. Where else could we have park? Also their swimming pool is honestly kinda dirty needs to update it. I see yellow stain or rusty all around the pool. Oh and if you need towels and anything b4 9am i think you have to go down to front desk to get it yourself. They don't have no one to bring it to the room for although it should be part of a service. I never been into a hotel like this and very disappointed in this experience. When we first checked we were charged for the fees upfront which it was and didn't tell me there was $100 deposit until i asked her why was $100 more. She said oh thats for deposit. When we check out she the deposit is gonna go towards the parking fee so instead of getting $100 back she said we would only getting $12 back after subtracting parking fee. Anyways i thought it is ridiculous, what hotel charged their guest for parking fees????
