It was the perfect BaseCamp for my meetings in Seattle. Clean, comfortable, kind staff and great amenities not to mention, a 1-minute walk away from one of the best sandwich shops ever! Stellas!... Highly recommended!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. We felt safe and everything was clean. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast and the seating area was nice. We spent a lot of time in the common area playing games and watching the large screen tv. If you stay make sure to visit Queen Anne Hall right next door. We will definitely be back! Opt for parking behind the hotel at $20 a day versus hotel parking at $49 per day.

Pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms. All the conveniences needed for a home away from home. I would recommend sofa pillows in the seating area for more comfort and added decor. The little detail of a flower made from tissues in the bathroom was sweet.

Although this is normal for Seattle, the parking is very expensive at $49.00 per night. Also, when booking a room that is supposed to sleep 3-4 people and it has a king bed and pull-out sofa, the pull-out sofa should be comfortable. This one was terrible, very uncomfortable, springy and really unacceptable. This was a fail as someone who often books a room for a family. I will always return to a hotel when it has a decent pull-out sofa so that there isn't an argument between the kids about who has to sleep there. For a Hilton Hotel, this wasn't very pleasant to say the least. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.
