If I could give it no stars I would. Pee in the toilet. Dead bugs all over the floor big wad of chewed up gum on the head board. Looked like someone sprayed spaghetti sauce all over the wall. I could go on an on but the biggest thing that got me was when I asked for a refund the dude Han did some weird thing and brought me behind the counter and then shooed me away really quick and told me I wasn’t allowed behind the counter and when I got to my car I had a message from bank that my passwords had been compromised.

It was no smoking in the rooms but last night when I was going to bed someone must have been smoking outside the building because I could smell it strongly in my room. The bathroom could’ve been dusted better. There were spiderwebs in the corners of the bathroom as well as the shower. The sink in the kitchenette dripped. You could hear people out in the lobby from all the way inside my room. There was a communication barrier with a person who was manning the counter in the morning.

The thing I liked least about the room was the shower. Its a mist and not a good shower head. I think that can be an easy upgrade and NEEDS to be done. Everyone likes a good shower after a long day. What I like best is the space in the rooms and the convenience of the location. I also really liked the quietness and that there were no questionable people hanging around our front. Overall, it was good and I'll be back. Staff was very kind.
