For extra charge guest may include our 2 Bedroom Suite offering fully contained apartment, 1 king, 1 queen, queen sofa sleeper, living room, bathroom, fireplace, laundry room, interior and exterior access to the main home. From time to time the owner occupies this unit. No common spaces are shared, your privacy is well protected and we use a private entrance. Should guests not rent this apartment there are 2 secured lock off doors .

From April to September we have on site caretaker, they access their studio from a private entrance and this space is not part of the main living area. Your privacy is first and foremost and no common spaces are shared.

Because health & safety is top priority, Bella Vita has elevated our housekeeping procedures following the departure of all guests. We have increased the use of bleach & additional disinfectant products above & beyond normal procedure use. Sanitizing all surfaces, bedding, & frequently touched surfaces. We apologize to those that have sensitivity to these products, but it is absolutely necessary that we take these precautions. Additional disinfectant spray will be left at each rental property for guest use during their stay.
