Shuttle service was slow for pick up, which isn't great at 10 pm. We waited nearly an hour for the shuttle. Otherwise it was great! Breakfast was lovely! Shuttle in the morning was great. Did not appreciate having the door knocked on twice by cleaning staff when I had online check out set for 11 am.

The staff was truly amazing, very helpful and always upbeat! Breakfast was you normal hotel food, and the coffee was good. Great place for the price, really close to the airport. Just an older building.

Didn’t get to stay. GM wouldn’t check me in even tho I made the reservation. They were requiring ID for someone disabled and in custody/guardianship that was going to be staying with me. We needed this hotel as an emergency. We gladly went to the Mariott without any troubles.
