"This hotel is beautiful and in a desirable location in Cumberland County (easy access to bus, rail, airline, taxi walkable). I cannot help but to compare & contrast it to other hotels from York, Cumberland, Lincoln Counties…. I have traveled for work FT since July 2013 and stayed at hundreds of brands. "Good place to stay "

"This is a very good mid-range property in an area seriously lacking in mid-range. The included breakfast is serviceable and what you'd expect out of an included breakfast. Starbucks is across the parking lot and I'd go there for your caffeine fix. The hotel is quiet, staff is friendly. I'd prefer to stay here over most South Portland properties as long as the price doesnt skyrocket. "

"What I love about this hotel is the location right next to the Maine Mall and I-95 with easy access to everywhere I need to go when I'm in Maine. It's got everything I need and has always had consistently good quality. This time I noticed the cleaning service has finally returned to every day, as that had changed in the post-Covid era. Happy to see that! "

"Only thing that I would say needs improvement would be breakfast, there was coffee or juice but not even hot chocolate packets which was a real let down as someone that doesn't really enjoy black coffee. We ended up going to starbucks instead but otherwise it was a great stay."

"This was a great place to stay at. Very easy to locate and close enough to everything. The room was very clean and stocked perfectly. It was a breeze to check in and out. There are 2 hot tubs on site. Definately a great place to stay especially for the money."

"Andrew, the manager was wonderful! Our flight was cancelled and this was last minute!! He was so gracious anc welcoming. Room was great! Larger than most! Bar and dining area great anc food delicious!! And hot complimentary cookies to boot!! Would recommend highly!! "

"The hotel was situated on a quiet hill surrounded by trees right outside the city, minutes from everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be returning!"

"We stay here every year at Christmas time to go shopping. It’s a great hotel. We did notice that housekeeping was slipping a bit this time. Stuff not restocked. We had to get coffee pods and paper cups because they weren’t replenished in between guests. The pillows were not as comfortable as they usually are. Didn’t feel “hotel quality” at all. Little things that could be improved on. Will stay again. "

"Mostly love the hotel however last night I stayed and there was a fire We had to vacate the facility while they put out an elevator motor fire Throughout the ordeal there was no staff direction as we were exiting or re entering the building Some training is needed for staff especially regarding fire emergencies "

"I know I'd want to come back here because it was clean and decorated for the season-Christmas. That just shows care, and the staff showed care! It is a great location between where our family lives and where my husband and I live. It's not far off of Rte. 35 and there are good dining choices. The quality and the price were a good match!
