"The location was spectacular. We had beautiful views, quiet, clean, and with excellent shared living spaces indoors and on the deck. We were 5 mature adults aka retirees or soon to be. The setup allowed for great coversational spaces.The house was super clan. The house host was readily available. The kitchen was well equipped. We like that as our group tends to do some in house meals.We would definitely return"

"The property was very much like it was advertised - nice gathering spaces and well-stocked kitchen for dishes and cookware. There could have been more towels to fit the number of guests allowed and there were no blankets. For the cooler seasons, some throw blankets would be good. The property is in a nice area with easy access to everything in sonoma. It was nice and quiet at night. We would definitely stay there again."

"Great location, comfortable house, there were a few maintenance issues and we got locked out of the house (code stopped working on the door) before our check out time. Luckily there were people still in the house to let us back in."

"This is a very nice open floor plan home with many upgraded amenities. The location is perfect for exploring western Sonoma and there is a nice, but modest grocery store just two blocks away. The only minor issue is that the driveway is short and quite steep which may challenge some drivers."

"My fiancée and I had a great stay for a long weekend. The place was great for cooking meals in and hanging out on the deck. Very clean and in good condition."

"Loved the property, right on the water, very clean, well stocked for cooking in. Highly recommend.My only complaint is the laundry list of check out items… we were only there for a short weekend and had to launder all towels before leaving with incredibly specific instructions about cycle length and amount of detergent, etc. our checkout was at 11am… it was a little stressful to get it all done. if we’re paying a few hundred for a cleaning service, shouldn’t that include laundering towels? Or...

"We loved our stay at "365 Days", especially the professional kitchen appliances and the back patio/view. The downstairs suite is separate from the upstairs living quarters, which provided some extra privacy for our large group. The house was clean and well stocked, we would love to stay again in the future. "

In addition to the walking distance to nearby playground, shops, and restaurants, we enjoyed the hot tub, board games, and host-provided coffee. "We checked in an hour early and was welcomed . No problem. The lobby has coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Very good. The first night we drive to dinner and discovered it was right across the street. After that we walked….everything was so convenient. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Unfortunately both the pool and hot tub were crowded. But when it thinned out it was so relaxing. I would definitely go again."

Lovely Property

"Lovely property. Rooms are large and comfortable. The closet/bathroom door combo is a nice aesthetic, but given the weight of the door, a handle on the interior would be nice to have. The other odd thing is the width of the tile around the bathtub/shower (which needs to be cleared to get into the shower). It's high and wide, creating an opportunity for a slippery accident. The gym was equipped with enough items to provide a good workout. Wit and Wisdom is excellent and don't miss the truffle fries at Benicia. Easy to walk to downtown (1.1 miles) and appreciate the ability to self park without additional charges."
