"We spent a wonderful week in this lovely villa in August. Very well equipped and comfortable, and in a great location to explore the area - but note the roads are very windy and hilly so it can take a while to get places! The swimming pool is great with a fantastic view, and we enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the river. The owner Maria gave us some good tips on places to visit and made us very welcome. Thank you for your hospitality :)"

"We were greeted warmly by Joaquim. He explained everything in our apartment and around the property. We’ve stayed in many properties and Joaquim was the best ever introduction. The property had everything we needed and all was very clean and in good condition. The property was in a great location and was ideally placed for visiting Porto and Douro valley, Aveiro and Braga. We had a wonderful time."

"This is a nice calm place to escape to reconnect with nature and a slower pace of living. There are lots of nature trails to hike.
