Peaceful Cottage Located in a Small Farm

This one bedroom cottage is located in our small farm. One bedroom with a work station, walk in closet. Full kitchen, dining area, and living room with two love seats. Plenty of parking for rv, horse trailer and boat. Located 3 minutes from Lake Josephine lake. An if your coming for the races at the Sebring Race Way we are 15 minutes for the main gate. It has internet through a hot spot TV has local channels also.

Just what we needed
Visiting from out of town for a wedding at the nearby Florida Barn Weddings and Events. We were 5 minutes away. The place was super clean, the host was very accommodating. My only suggestion would be a hair dryer.

Always a Pleasure
Jose is one of the most gracious hosts I've ever had the chance to meet. Always a gentleman and very kind. His home is immaculate and always such a pleasure to rest after a hard day. Everything has been thought of and no need to over prepare. If you are looking for a place to stay that is relaxing and well worth the cost.....this is the place. Just be respectful and take good care of their home. BTW, the honey they have available is so amazing! I can't wait to stay there again.

Great property in a rural area. Simple, peaceful, has what you need. If you enjoy being out of the hustle and bustle of the city, this is your place. We enjoyed it immensely. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Comfortable stay close to the race track.
Jose was an excellent host. He gave us ideas on where to fish, and for places to see. The rental is nice. We never drink water when we travel, always bring bottle water so the well water didn’t bother us. Very clean well appointed home.

Great stay for singles or couples
Perfect house for couples traveling in the area. Well furnished and a beautiful drive to Sebring and Lake Placid. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room to have another couple over to play some cards. Jose is a great host. We got to talk with him before we left on our last day there. Would definitely stay here again.

Property owner responsive and helpful prior to arrival with communications, very kind and welcoming on arrival. Property in a safe, quiet location with the sights and sounds of nature to enjoy. This is a perfect option for those (like me) who prefer to prepare their own meals, enjoy fresh air, and have great privacy. The cottage's full kitchen meant I could cook and prepare all my meals at a time conducive to my schedule, and have what I wanted. Recommended for travelers wanting alternatives to noisy hotel/motels or expensive/limited/far drive dining prospects. Since my trip was centered around daily visits to state parks and natural areas, this location was between a 10-15 minute drive on rural roads, at most. Will be booking here again when in the area, thank you again to the property owner.
