"It was great bec we had a 2 room suite. However, the drain in the tub goes down very slowly. I had to turn off the faucet every now and then to allow the water to go down. I did appreciate they had maintenance guy fix it but it was still the same. We were too tired already to push for a change in room though that was my original request. Breakfast was the same for 2 days with 2 new items on our third day. There was always a staff greeting us at the breakfast area giving away free bag. That was nice! Inside the hotel looked pretty grandiose. Parking was just right beside the hotel. Pretty safe! "

"Can't really get any much better location in Manhattan for connections. All amenities in place, clean room, kind and helpful staff, endless choices for food and leisure within walking distance. Only lifts can have quite a waiting time during busy morning hours. It's Hilton, they know their job. Can't really go much wrong with them."

"The location of the hotel was excellent! The only slight negative was arriving after the parking attendant was gone, so we ended up taking the car ourselves to the nearby garage. Garage entrance was tough to spot.....missed it the first try.....circling the block in New York City is not a pretty chore! Overall, great hotel!!"

"The checkin went smoothly, the room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was lackluster, we were hot all night. The shower water was tepid. One of the bedside lights was broken and fell out of its housing. But great location, decent price, quiet. Nice staff. "

"We enjoyed our 5-night stay to see Broadway shows. Hotel is a few blocks from Grand Central Station, where there is a MTA shuttle train to Times Square. We also had the option to walk there. Room was comfortable, and we could not hear the occupants of adjacent rooms. Loved the complementary beverages from the bar; we carried them to our room a couple of nights. While the only breakfast option was a $45 buffet, there is a sandwich shop next door with fresh and hot foods and a decent latte. "
