"Nice hotel and staff, spoiled by attention to detail. Some blood or ketchup on the exterior door frame that housekeeping should have spotted and cleaned without being asked. Pay for breakfast it's worth it. The hotel's in a good central location close to the Metro and walkable to Old Town (restaurants) and many of the sights. You'll need sturdy shoes as the pavements and Metro stairs are in poor condition, but this has nothing to do with the hotel!"

"The Staff from reception to dining ares are well accommodating and very helpful.The property is very convenient to transportation, shopping, bars and restaurant and landmarks.Room cleanliness needs improvement.Breakfast with surcharge but it was very good both with hot and cold meals.In general we had a good time.Thank you Cati( the Receptionist) she has an excellent customer service-knew her job well!"
