"Ideal hotel for me. Out of the crowd. Tuck in a quiet alley and beautiful view from the room. The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom amenities is great. Shower space is spacious. Parking is available from the hotel and 15 euros per day. It is a covered carpark and connected to the hotel. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. I appreciate very much their prompt assistance to my needs. Will return to this hotel for sure on my next visit. Thank you for taking care of us. To all the staff, thank you. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the room came well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet area, yet still within easy walking distance of the city center. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were absolutely wonderful: warm, helpful, and thorough. They provided detailed guidance on off-site parking, which made things even easier. Highly recommend for a short or extended stay in the area."

"We liked almost everything but Segovia is kind of cold at this time, we got there after the restaurant was close, we were tired and in the room they did not have even a teapot so we can have something hot, the toilet cover was broken and we reported it but it was a Holiday and maintenance was not available to fix it, they offered another room but we had unpacked. We liked it very much and will go back again."
