A bit stuffy in the room ( 25 degrees c. ) as they turn off the climate control in the autumn, I guess to save energy/costs. The windows can be opened but that didn’t help if you want to shut out light and noise. Very helpful staff, organised transfers to/from Santiago with the excellent driver Adrian. I like the option of eschewing housekeeping service in return for a free drink at the bar. "

"Last minute booking after a long days walking. A little way off the Camiño - but not a huge detour. Conveniently close to superMercados and places to eat. Not the most beautiful part of town - but it was as far as we could walk so the location was perfect for us. "

Great Stay…except for the Breakfast

"We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how helpful the front desk staff were. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint would be the breakfast…no fresh orange juice, no fruit of any kind, no eggs of any kind, no ham and cheese…these have all been standard wherever we have stayed in Spain. "

"Great hotel, right in the center of the city. Restaurant downstairs is also excellent. The balcony is a Juliette balcony. Room was clean and the lady at the front desk was so nice - she let us check in a little after noon because she could she we were tired pilgrims. "
