"Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! "Check-in was smooth and effortless. For a economy room I expected a shoe box so was pleasantly surprised. Not huge but more spacious than expected and bright. Small patio with a piece of ocean view for poor people like myself. The bed was super comfortable as well as pillows and linens. Breakfast offered MANY choices. No one should go hungry here. Luggage storage was also available. I recommend this hotel with no hesitation. "
