"This was a *wonderful* home to stay in for our time in Iceland. It was a hub for lots of great day trips, but there was plenty to do in the house as well -- lots of great games, a beautiful kitchen to cook and eat in, and views galore. "Beautiful property about 20 minutes away from Selfoss. Fully equipped kitchen, heated floors, and enough space for a group or family. Thorsteinn was very quick with communication and very patient with our questions. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights during our stay and will always have fond memories of Iceland!"

"We have really enjoyed our week just outside Selfoss. The cabin was cosy and equipped with all the essentials, and an excellent base to explore southern Iceland from. We even got to see the Northern Lights from just outside the cabin! Petra was an accessible, friendly and super helpful host, she kindly went above and beyond to help us when our flight was cancelled due to a bad storm. We would highly recommend!"

"This is a cute room to rent on a quiet farm. The only thing I would suggest is update some of the pictures of the actual building. We were confused when we arrived because the building we were staying in didn't look like any of the advertised pictures so we weren't sure if we were in the right place. Thankfully, they had signs guiding us to the right building. Also, we weren't fussy but some people may not be happy staying in an apartment attached to a farm garage. "

"I got my rental car broken into and my property stolen on the second to last night I was there. Has nothing to do with Bolholt I’m just saying be careful if you do stay here don’t leave anything in your car. Nice rooms comfortable and clean, 5 minute drive into the main part of the city."

"Visited over the winter season and the property was spacious and very clean. There was a gentleman who shovelled snow off my rental vehicle every morning before I even woke up. We were quite disappointed to not have use of the spa included as the listing suggested it was included for the 2 of us to use it once during our stay.
