"The property is good and located in the right place rest everything is dated. You would not like to stay there after reading below 1. Room are dated everything is old in regards to the stars given to the hotel. 2.there is no proper restaurant to eat and breakfast is notfree so people be aware 3. There are plenty of lizards on the property and they crawl linto the room and that is a big red flag.my daughter was scared and never slept well. 4.pool area is okay but not much interesting fact...

"nice place, with a swimming pool, perfect if you wait to extend your visa. there is a fridge. for me the problem was that you can't open the window, I had to let the door open at night. there is no mosquito net and there are mosquitoes. the beach is not praticable, I used the swimming pool. not much around but there is an Ikan bakar nearby with good fresh fish."

"Great location for easy walk into Lovina but peaceful lovely location with a beautiful pool. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good value for money and the breakfasts were good. Nice and quiet with pleasant gardens."

"The Rambutan is a more traditional Balinese hotel, offering a range of room types, which is set in beautiful gardens that include two swimming pools, a temple, and ornamental stonework. "The Lovina didn’t disappoint. It was clean, relaxing and beautiful. We spent 3N4D and wished we had stayed longer. So luxurious. The staff can’t do enough for you. The free shuttle was a nice surprise. So were the free bike rentals. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We had a room that over looked the rice fields and I loved it. "The Lovina didn’t disappoint. It was clean, relaxing and beautiful. We spent 3N4D and wished we had stayed longer. So luxurious. The staff can’t do enough for you. The free shuttle was a nice surprise. So were the free bike rentals. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We had a room that over looked the rice fields and I loved it. Coffee in the morning on our patio looking at rice fields and mountains. Life is good. The only reason I gave a 4 to surrounding area was because there are 3 VERY aggressive female beach sellers. They are not aggressive as in threatening, however, they will not leave you alone when you are sitting on the beach or sitting at the tables near the beach. They will harass you and won’t take no for an answer. I felt that the hotel staff should have asked them to leave and wait at the edge of resort so hotel patrons can approach them if they want. They would interrupt our lunch and when sitting having a drink looking at the ocean. It did put a bit of a damper on our experience. Over all I would encourage you to book this hotel. The staff and facilities were spectacular "

"The property is beautifully tucked within the village with the ocean at our doorstep! We were greeted with by the friendly staff and a welcome drink. The food was fabulous! The Chef came out and chatted with us. He was warm and friendly, like the entire team. The rooms were unique with the bamboo impressed architecture with mountain and ocean views. It was the peaceful escape we had hoped for. The drive there was complete sensory overload in the most delightful way, lush foliage bursting with village life throughout our 3.5 hour drive. It was a fantastic first impression of Bali for us!"

"As a solo traveler I often find larger resorts can be/feel quite isolated - Bambootel made every effort to make me feel welcome, couldn't do enough for me and very often we're happy to stand and have a conversation about my day etc... all the staff were fun, I'm very often quite inquisitive about my life rather than me asking questions about theirs all the time... 10 out of 10 for hospitality, couldn't have asked for a better service."

"The staff is really attentive to ALL of your needs. All staff was professional and if they didn't have the answer they were eager to get it for you. Lia, Warwan, Dewa, Risky, and Wendhi, are what make this property a truly mesmerizing experience for your trip. They go above and beyond providing you with exemplary customer service. These 5 people make this proerty what it is. Very clean rooms, and property. The restaurants provide a wide array of choices and the views are to die for. We definitely will be returning. "
