Perfect villa

This place is amazing.. the staff their from reception to the kitchen staff and the clearners/maintenance staff are great every morning every single one would say good morning and make sure to make conversatiins where possible. These villas are exactly what you need after a long day out do activities to just come back and chill in your own villa. Also to the amazing ladys at the jas spa 100% would recommend going to them. I would definitely stay here again.

The first villa we checked into had no running water. We upgraded to a larger villa at a cost. Nice villa but poorly maintained. Loose fixings, faulty locks. Staff not very friendly or attentive.

Great Spot Yes it could do with a cosmetic update but that’s all it is Cosmetic The Jas Villas is clean, Pool is fantastic, waterfall by the pool adds a nice ambiance although we did get them to turn it off as it was a little the water falling was a little noisy for us. Wonderful staff that will go the extra mile nothing is too much trouble. We spent 10 days at the Jas Villas would definitely go back.

Not what you think you’re paying for.

The property is very shabby. It looked like there had been no basic maintenance and upkeep in a decade. The phots online are not reflective of the true condition of the property. We booked for 6 nights but only stayed 1 and then relocated.

The propertly was lovely, we are pretty laid back though. The rooms are not exactly spotless but if you've been to Bali before you kind of know the standard is a bit low. Our kitchen and bathroom looks nice but everything is 1 use from falling apart. Lots of things were broken in our room however we loved the space and the pool. We would return but i think theres some nicer places for the same price. Also its very hard to communicate with the staff, so you need to be very patient and confirm everything over and over. Location isn't really walkable to anything you'll always need a bike or car. The restaurants food is below average so unless getting a beverage i wouldn't rely on eating here. I would return but i hope they really fix some things up.

Great villas

The room and pool was a fantastic size, bigger then it looks on the web page, location is great, very private. Our room did leak after an all night down pour in a few places but we were leaving the next morning so it didn't affect us. Breakfast and room service food was of an average standard. Over all we loved it, I will stay here again.

Staff were lovely at Jas. Rooms were ok at best. Aircon was struggling, tv didn’t work. Needs a bit of work. Pool was really good, though close to the rooms, so was a bit of a concern for young kids initially. Jas was close to restaurants and taxis.

Great Villas, Not so great breakfast included

The Villas are nice, the breakfast is not the best even if its included. They need to get a better menu and breakfast varieties and give more food. I would stay again. But not eat there, the other amenities are good, they have a manual for tours and renting scooters , which is great to have everything at one place, or one source. But overall, the Villas and my stay was great.

너무 오래됬어요... 너무너무 수영장이 공중 목욕탕 냉탕 느낌 음...전체적으로 시설이 광장히 낙후 되어있습니다. 스미냑 센터치고 풀빌라가 이렇게 싼이유는 이유가 있어요 5-7만원 더 주고 다른곳 가시는 것을 추천

Beautiful photos a frame of dreams. Unfortunately it is only pictures. Arrived on the spot the CATASTROPHE !! A dirty alley of papers, garbage cans, bottles of beer everywhere. In the "villa" very poorly maintained walls flaking, water seepage everywhere, the sheets are more than dirty (and even after the request for cleaning). After moaning at the front desk we were offered two more villas where the problem is the same if not worse. According to them cleaning is done we find razors and soap plugs in the bathroom. The toilets are dirty and the mirror, the bedside tables and so on !! There pools are full of hair, the bathtub has big blue traces. It is just impossible for us to stay here to AVOID ABSOLUTELY!

4d2n villa stay

The villa was just OK (honestly i should not expect too much, it should be considered fine for the local standard? I am not sure)... the floor is dusty. aircond was not working properly and it was fully booked and not able to change another room. i ended waking up at 4am soaked in sweat. Called the reception and was told maintenance will only arrive after 7am. Had requested for a stand fan the next morning. one of the day, no water supply to the shower & toilet. i booked a villa mainly to use the private pool. but sadly the water was not that clean, we only used once out of our 4d3n stay. there were particles in the water, i am not sure whats that.. looking like black dust or mold and some white paint? the water was clear though, probably should invest in better water filter. the wooden floor at the pool side popped up. maybe should look into the maintenance of the properties. breakfast was not bad. very friendly staffs. we didnt know how to use the gas cylinder for cooking, it is better to help your guests to plug in when check into the room. (we uses induction cooker or gas line here) i got fever one of the day, the 7elevan was approx 500m walking distance away. we did not have any problem ordering food via GoJek. that's awesome.

Had to wait 45 minutes after check in time for villa to be ready, when we asked reception staff how much longer they were not really interested, too busy on their phones. Villa was showing its age, could do with some basic maintenance.

A couple of elderly

The staff were great, the breakfast was also very good you can get lunch and dinner at the hotel at a cheaper price than in the restaurants.We did have the misfortune to be beside a couple of ozzie bogans that came home at 3am and started to scream, shout and break the door but luckily the left early. Overall it wasn't that bad and we did use the private pool daily.
