Good location in easy walking distance to main Shinjuku Train Station and amongst all the Shinjuku action but far enough away from the noise and craziness too. We booked 2 x Hollywood Deluxe twins and the rooms were tiny, pictures on website are deceiving. We literally could hardly move in the room and were constantly shuffling suitcases. Breakfast was good. Do your Japan hotel room size research as I wouldn't book again due to feeling squished in.
