Great location. Seemed like our room was a smoking room at one time. It would have been nice to have a tub to soak in after hiking the the volcano. Overall a good hotel. Great, friendly staff, the restaurant has good food and their is parking on site. I would stay here again

Good location, walking distance to the waterfall and plenty of shops. Bed wasn't that good, firm and you could feel the springs. AC didn't appear to work in our room, but we didn't request for help.

Very cold 5 mins walk.
Take bus 181 or 182 from the airport to the hotel. Stop of Post Office Jungmun. It took around 30 mins. Take 5 mins walk with luggage. The room size is comfortable.

We had a comfortable stay at Benikea Jungmun Hotel. The location was great, being in proximity to restaurants, supermarket, church, police station, fire station and the parking was 50m adjacent to hotel. The room was spacious, with good amenities, and strong WiFi. The only issue was some rooms smelt greatly of tobacco smoke. Otherwise it was calm, peaceful and leisure stay.

Fabulous Service.
The quality of service here was outstanding. From the front desk to the breakfast service the staff were so genuinely friendly and super helpful. The room was also really spacious and clean. Fabulous location across from the Jungmun transit bus stop made using the public bus system to explore Jeju on our 3 night stay accessible and easy. Great location for restaurants too. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing affordable hotel near ICC
Great ample room close to the ICC. The hotel is located in a good area with shops and restaurants making easy to eat and buy groceries around. Be prepare with google translator to communicate properly with staff and taxi drivers tho

Stayed to attend a conference at ICC jeju. About 20 mins walk from the conference center but if you ask the hotel staff there is a shuttle bus available. It was a little difficult to communicate in English but otherwise staff were very kind. There were a lot of local restaurants around the hotel and a convenient store was located just next to the hotel so location was good. Room was very clean, nice hot shower with good pressure. Also, the hair dryer was strong which I really appreciated.

Check in was quick, but I was the only one there so I cant speak for a busier day. It was quick, the staff were nice! And the room was amazingly clean. The bed was very comfortable for me! I would stay book here again. Its also close enough in walking distance to museums and putdoor activities.

The room was spacious, provided free bottle waters everyday, great location with convenience stores next door. Have a cafe downstairs which provide breakfast (extra charge) and easily to get to-and-from by airport by bus 181/182.

Comfortable stay
It was a comfortable stay in its deluxe room. Well-heated during the winter. Good place to recharge. Limited spots for the underground parking. Above-ground parking in less than 200 meters from the hotel. We were not sure the location of the above-ground parking so we parked at an unobstructed corner in the underground parking while asking a staff for directions to the above-ground parking. Close to convenience store for us to stock up our supplies. It is located within less than 10 steps from the hotel entrance.
