"Good location and nice staff (reception and housekeeping). The room was big, tidy and the bed was comfortable. No bathroom amenities were provided, except soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (no cups, shower cap, etc). Stayed here in 2022 and back then they were offering more than just the basics even though it was during Covid period. The room gets very hot and there is no option to cool the room (air con only works on heat during winter). You do have the option to ask reception staff to...

"So clean and great service. I had a water leak in my room which was no fault of the hotel and they quickly moved me to a different room and offered their apologies. The bathrooms and showers were spotless and great amenities to use in the bathroom and in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again."
