I stayed at the hotel for two weeks. It is located in the city center, making transportation convenient, and there are many restaurants and shops near by, which was great for shopping. I also made good use of the laundary room and gym. The breakfast was very affordable, and the quality of the food was quite good. The staff was friendly, and especially Anna, who helped me a lot during my stay. I plan to stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Seoul.

I would say my stay was very good. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. We had a flight cancellation which made us miss our first night and the hotel offered to refund it without me having to ask. The area around the hotel is decent. If you enjoy walking it is a good choice. It was my first time in Seoul (from Canada) so the learning curve was pretty steep but after being in Korea for two weeks I can confidently say that this is a nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is also decent.

Linens and towels are very clean but the room itself needed a good cleaning—traces of the last client was still present. Rooms are small. Good points: close to Subway; close to most things. I wished I had paid for a better hotel and have a more comfortable stay in Seoul.
