清潔で良かったです。事前のリクエストも伝えられていました。ただ、設備の不具合が多かったです。テレビが付かない、エアコンが使えない、部屋のインターホンが付かない、ドアの空け閉めの不具合など。一部、スタッフにお伝えして改善していただきました。

ソウル初雪の日、早朝にもかかわらずホテルのエントランス前など雪かきをしてくださっていました。 テレビの使い方がわからなかったのでフロントに連絡したら、すぐに部屋に来てくださり、使い方を教えてくれました。 フロントでの対応もとても丁寧で、部屋も綺麗で毎日ベットメイキング(連泊の場合シーツ交換の条件が注意書きにあります)やタオルの交換、ゴミ回収などきちんと対応してくれました。 とても気持ちよく滞在することができました。 また泊まりたいと思います。

部屋、スタッフさん、立地などなど全部良かったです！！ シャワーもトイレと区切られてて使いやすかったし洗面所自体広かったです！ トイレットペーパーそのまま流せるのも◎ 部屋広いしバスタオル交換もゴミ捨てもしてくれてたし(部屋清掃お願いしてなかったのでちょっと怖かったですが笑)、変換プラグも無料貸出ししてくれました。 また韓国行った際には再利用したいです！ ありがとうございました。

母親と2人、3泊4日で滞在。 【良かった点】①お部屋が広々としていた点。110Lのスーツケースを少しゆったりと広げることができた為。②ホテルの立地の良さの点。③フロントで日本語が通じる方がいた点。 【悪かった点】①防犯面で不安を覚えた点。チェックインを済まし、いざ部屋に向かうとなぜか部屋が空いたままであった。また、エレベーターは客室のカードキーを読み取る認証リーダーが無いタイプであった。その為、宿泊者以外の不正な侵入があるのではないかととても恐怖を感じた。 ②客室の水場の独特な臭いを感じた点。入室した時に、少し鼻にかかるような臭いであった為。（客室は何とか大丈夫であったが、やはり水場は仕方ないのかなと我慢した。） ただし、主要駅であるソウル駅にも近く、何よりアクセスが良かった。場所柄、お買い物や食事にも困らないのはありがたい。
