The location is great you may go to popular places such as Myeondong, hongdea or itewon, the property condition is great but little bit small rooms but it is ok for Seoul, the staff is also very much helpful. I will choose this hotel for the next visit also.

Perfect hotel and perfect location for the train so you can move around to any place in Korea. Also it’s next to the the stop where you take the bus to go back to the airport

The location of this hotel made access to many sites for exploration. The staff was always available and supportive on obtaining transportation or excursion options. The close proximity to medical help is an added plus. It is an economical place to stay. I will go there again.

As a solo older travel who had mobility limitations this facility made traveling to Seoul enjoyable. The room was adequate and well maintained providing a consistent cleanliness. The breakfast offer was delicious and fullfilling, and the staff was helpful. The staff at the registration desk was always helpful with directions, getting transportation, and providing solutions for unplanned issues. This hotel is very economically worthwhile.

No space, but it is clean
Stated had ocean view, but very obscured and window wasn't clean so you couldn't see out anyway. Room was older and needed some updating. Furniture was clearly a little older. Carpet had multiple small stains, but cream color. Beds were good size and comfortable. Room was clean and a good size. Plenty of natural light, but bathroom lighting wasn't very bright. Pool was very nice and heated. It had a nice view and it was heated. I believe you had to borrow a towel. There was a small restaurant on the rooftop. There were three heated igloos you could either rent for 20,000 for an hour or it was free to use if you ordered food up to 30,000. Food was a bit above average price, no appetizers, a few cocktails and 1 vegetarian option. However, the food was good and had a good presentation. Hotel was a bit away from the downtown area and buses were confusing and slow. Pros: Near ocean, nice rooftop area with enclosed igloo to rent/use nice pool area, clean and good size room Cons: Older room- older appearing furniture, can see some wear and tear, some small stains on carpet, further away from city and no easy public transportation 8/10

Fantastic location. Very small room but adequate. Good facilities and excellent services. Breakfast buffet(need to pay ₩9,900) helped to start the day. Gym was small, and laundromat had only a pair of washer/dryer. Air conditioning worked well, and bed was comfy.

-Rooms had a damp moldy smell, floors were cover in stains. Bed was comfortable. -traveling with a large suit case, no were to place it beside the floor but can not fully slide under the bed. - Couldn’t walk around the bed the way it was positioned in the room. breakfast was good as long as you showed up within the first hour. After that you were lucky to get stuff. But, worth showing up early for.

The air conditioning was broken in the first room and we were a bit cold for the first night, but the staff was very kind and quick with changing rooms for us. The area is very convenient in going around Seoul.

Disappointing experience. The room was dusty, the carpet was full of stains. Not enough room to even hang the clothes as my coat was brushing against the teapot. Breakfast was really sad. Just to give you an idea of the class of this establishment - the sugar for coffee in the breakfast area was in a glass jar from strawberry jam. Pros: close to the center, a small grocery store and fruit stall are right there.
