За уборку дополнительно берётся оплата, но по видимому, уборка была давно или проводилась очень поверхностно. Позиционируется как номер для не курящих, но было прокурено, кто не курит поймёт о чем идёт речь. Пепельница есть на кухне, что тоже указывает на допустимость курения. Персонал вежливый. "Modern, clean, comfortable apartment. Appreciated the washing machine and the elevator to get to the 3rd floor. Several restaurants and bakeries in the area and walkable to city center. Would've been nice to have the shower head mounted instead of having to hold it."

"It’s a cute apt with a lot of character. Great location within waking distance to everything. The only drawback is it’s on a street with a lot of restaurants and bars meaning earplugs are require until 3 am. Around 5 am the street cleaners come through. If you planning on staying out late, then this probably isn’t an issue. "
