This us my third time staying here and always loved it but this is the first time that we encountered some not so friendly staff. Came for a special celebration, was never asked if there was any special reason we were there. Room was dusty and second night ran out of toilet paper and cleaning services did not put in a new roll. Slightly disappointed with this stay, will probably look for a new place to start 😏

We were on the ninth floor of the Rio Palace, and the views from our room were amazing. The housekeeping staff did a great job for us every day and the buffet at the resort was of a higher quality than what you typically get at a buffet at an all-inclusive. Very happy about the experience.

We were assigned a room at the Divi Golf for our all inclusive and they are not set up like any all inclusive resort we have ever been to. We had to sign for every single meal, snack, drink, and purchase made! Very annoying to have to wait for a bill put our room number down, our all inclusive bracelet number down and our names when it is all included. There were 6 in our party so very time consuming! This resort also has non all inclusive rooms and that is the reason we had to be inconvenienced. We had access to Divi all inclusive and Tamajerin restaurants right across the street and not once did we have to wait on a bill or sign our life away! If we ever go back we will not be staying at the Divi Golf. The staff at Mulligan’s restaurant was top notch! The door man Erwin 10 stars! Swim up bar staff Louisiana and all were the best at the infinity pool area!!!

The rooms in the Towers had a terrible smell (dampness). The general manager (Pearl) was fantastic to deal with and she promptly addressed our concerns. The staff led by Sean (restaurant manager), Simone, Gio, and Ronald were awesome.

Nice property. The staff was the best part.
