"Ein mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes kleines Haus, ein riesiger Garten, die ruhige Lage im Dreieck Bad Ems, Montabaur und Diez, sowie der freundliche und stets ansprechbare Vermieter haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir eine sehr entspannte Woche in Winden verbracht haben. Von hier kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen, oder man startet direkt eine Tour durch den Westerwald. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder."

The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is no parking on-site and the public parking garages are not super close, so when one has a lot of luggage, it's less convenient."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier wirklich genossen. Der Platz war sehr sauber und schön. Die Dusche war klein, aber das wurde aufgrund der Bilder in der Auflistung erwartet. The paid parking lot was very convenient to the lodging (once we discovered the shortcut under the road and up some stairs). We didn’t take advantage of the sauna or the jacuzzi tub, but the washer and full kitchen was perfect. I was surprised to find that the bed on the top floor was a waterbed—I slept like a baby. "Buses right in front of the property. Easy to get groceries too! There’s a mall across the street — good for some quick shopping. Love the convenience to get food nearby and even some drinks by the hotel lobby. Toilet sliding door can be smoother. The damaged marks on the walls are evident. Other than that, love it! "

"beautiful family owned property located along the banks of the Rhein. good location with drawback of being adjacent to the train rails, isn't really a bothersome unless you are sensitive to the noise and rumbling. Ammar at check-in was very friendly and courteous. Gave us an upgrade to a larger room, being we were from Hawaii ;-), had a small issue with the television not picking up a signal, so after we walked around, went grocery shopping (market is literally 2 minutes walk) and having dinner at the hotel restaurant, Ammar came to the room, checked on the television, couldn't get it to work so he gave us another upgrade, a slightly smaller room but with the same great views and this floor was newly renovated. It is great for the price, lots of free parking on property and views are outstanding."

"Excellent, clean and fanctional medium-sized room & complete ensuite for 1 or 2 pers. Easy check-in process and helpful staff. Occasional but very minor noise from road traffic / train outside but not an issue. With backpack / luggage: only a 15 min walk to Koblenz Hbf. Only a 7 min walk to the SW edge of 'Old Town'. And excellent hotel: thank you! "
