"Bardonecchia is a ski resort, so accomodations are mostly ski lodges. Do not expect any large hotel chains here. We were here for 5 nights in June and had a great time. Location is close to train station and to the main street where you can find lots of restsurants. The views are amazing and did lots of walks. "A very handy location and a well maintained property. Location is a 5 min walk to the slopes and nearby restaurants and shops. We rented a 6 person room for 2 adults. This worked well as it meant we had 2 bathrooms, though it meant we had more to clean before we left. The living space was very generous. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. "

We recd 2 keys one of the keys did not fit anything the other key only fit the front door. We did not have a key to access the laundry. All in all… it was a decent place to stay."

"Overall happy with the stay. Initial absence of basic cleaning products (doesn't make sense for each guest to buy new every time, if only staying for a few days) but spoke to reception and they provided products for us to use (thanks). Rooms are not big, but we spent most of the time out on the slopes and in town so didn't matter. Warm and clean in the apartment. Small town so everywhere is walkable. Staff at reception, bar and entertainment team were all very friendly and helpful. "

A nice discovery

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was very good. The most satisfying things were : pontillas gondola very close to the hotel and the possibility to go by ski because the end of a red slope is right next to the ski room (super easy to ride) And a nice discount to rent ski equipment. We will be back !"
