"On our arrival date, the owner told us that they have misread our arrival date and thought we would arrive one day later, the property was over booked, so they led us to the next property, Sunset Villa, that property Sunset Villa was a downgrade from Blue Lagoon Villa which we have originally booked on. After half an hour lying on the big bed, I had 9 bug bites all over my body, on my arms, my legs and my back, could not sleep, so I had to switch to the smaller bed. We would not recommend this...

"An absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was so comfortable with an enormous bathroom and a view out over the ocean. However, there were various aspects which were a little hit and miss meaning I cant rate the hotel excellent overall. The prices are 5 star, particularly the food, and so you expect excellent throughout. Unfortunately there were a couple of meals and instances of poor service which let it down. "

"THIS WAS AMAZING!!! The peacefulness of the area. The outside shower was so good. Also, there are so many animals around that you can feed. I loved the deers, boars, monkeys, swans, variety of birds and so much more! The Bubble was amazing at night and it was so eco friendly! I loved it! Only thing it was a bit cold at night so bring warm clothes. But otherwise the Tea was soo good the food especially the vanilla dish. ALL AROUND BEST money spent!"
