The Space:
Welcome to our brand new townhome located just 10 minutes from all the action! This two-bedroom townhome is in a quiet neighborhood - very close to all of the attractions, food, and fun but tucked away from the traffic for some country living!

This neighborhood is really easy to access with just some rolling hills but no switchbacks, sharp turns, or inclines. It allows you to be close to all the action and not have to worry about your car!

- You'll enter from the parking lot right into our living room. The lot has some great views of the Tennessee valleys that surround you.
- The living area has a big comfy couch, coffee table, and SmartTV, perfect for enjoying some Netflix at the end of a long day.
- Just beyond the living room, you'll find our kitchen table and dining are perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or a drink after a long day.
- Next to the dining area is a kitchen with all modern appliances - microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge, etc. and is stocked with the essentials
- From the dining area, step out through the sliding glass doors to your own private patio area with a hot tub - perfect for relaxing all year long!
- Finally, we conveniently have a laundry room with washer & dryer as well as a half bathroom on the first floor.
