Bring your family and friends to The BOUJEE SPRUCE - packed with fun, custom features that the whole family can enjoy! The cabin sleeps up to 14 guests among 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Kids will LOVE the upgraded bunk room with tube slide, TV, and arcades. Everyone can enjoy a dip in the indoor pool and outdoor patio hot tub. Set up a camp fire out front in the awesome fire pit. The back deck captures a great view of the Smoky Mountains and includes a propane grill. Families will enjoy the views, the pool, and the area for a great getaway near the Smoky Mountains.

Accommodations include:

- Custom Bunk Room Room with 3 full size bunks + Tube Slide + TV area + Pacman Wall Arcade
- Main Floor Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom + walk out to back deck with Smoky Mountain views
- 2 upstairs bedrooms with queen bed each and shared full bathroom

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and are also required to sign the Rental Agreement and provide a valid credit card for a Security Deposit which is $500.00 for this property. Great Escapes Homes uses an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez and will provide guests a link to the rental agreement and security deposit after booking. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay.

This property allows pets up to 2 dogs for a pet fee. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. Bringing of pets without approval will incur a pet fee of twice the normal rate, charged to the security deposit held for the booking.

Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 14 people for this property.

I just returned from a week-long stay at this “boujee” cabin, and I can't wait to go back! The cabin was nestled among the trees, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The interior was warm and inviting, with high ceilings, plush furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cabin was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. We spent our days hiking, fishing, and exploring the beautiful scenery, and our nights in the hot tub or by the fire pit. The owners were friendly and helpful, providing us with tips on the best local trails and attractions. Overall, this cabin was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Perfect location!
The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was so nice, our kids loved it and enjoyed the games, slide and pool. The outdoor swings were so nice I had to order 2 for my house! The location of the home was absolutely perfect for our stay, close but not too close and easy access to everything we wanted to see and experience while we were there. The neighborhood was also very quiet and we enjoyed walking in the evenings and enjoyed the scenery. We even aaw a rainbow the first night we stayed. My kids were so sad when it was time to leave, we would love to come back sometime and would definitely stay here again!!

A great escape
Just like the title states: A Great Escape! We were needing an escape from work , home etc and found our peace and quiet in this not too far away place! The pool was just the right size for our young grandchildren and my 2 kids and one spouse. Only down side any older than 10/12 y/o would be too big for pool and slides, but for now it was perfect😊. See you next year for another escape .

Terrible Place to rent
First off the property looks nice (from far off) upon arrival due to new construction and others homes currently under construction nearby. Looking closer at the site, landscaping was a mixture of mud, grass, and straw with trash amidst the surroundings. I had to contact a person whose English was not the best to get the code for the door which took some time. Once inside the floors were nasty, door knobs were hanging off, toilet handles where not on properly, the toilet in the basement was leaking around the base, and the sheets were nasty. Also the pool had mud around it, and in the bottom. I contacted the owner/property manager, and he advised me how to fix these issues. I told him that I should NOT being doing this on my vaca and that I should be relaxing. I would not recommend this place or ANY of there rentals. It made my vacation very miserable.

Great house!
The house is exactly as you see it on VRBO. We needed some towels for the pool and some kitchen items. They were very quick to respond and have the items dropped off. They even threw in some cookies to boot. I would recommend this house for a fun family vacation. Great place!
