Family Fun Home 1 mi. to Dollywood mins to all attractions & GSMNP

This is a well-appointed single level home with everything your vacation needs. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath with jacuzzi tub, a walk-in closet and a large HDTV. The second room has a King size bed, large closet and beautiful HDTV. The third bedroom features two Bunk beds, plenty of board games and a large HDTV. The second and third bedrooms share a bath between them. The living room is spacious with fireplace, plenty of seating, a queen size sleeper sofa, a gaming system with over a hundred games and a 65in HDTV. All TV's have Netflix, Hulu, and Disney + streaming free for our quests to enjoy. The dining room seats 6 around a large wooden farmhouse table (we have extra chairs in mudroom). The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a large meal to just microwaving leftovers, and a huge coffee and tea station to get your morning started. The main hang out spot is the game room. We spared no expense to make this a room to build family memories. Pool Table, foosball table, Competition Dart board, stand up video game, 65in HDTV theater seating, and much more make this the FUN ZONE. The home is equipped with blazing fast Wi-Fi for gamers and workaholics. The front porch offers rockers and a swing to relax and enjoy the night skies and the back deck features a four person Jacuzzi Hot Tub where you can relax sipping your favorite adult beverage while watching the nightly Dollywood fireworks show (yes, we are that close to Dollywood, but you would never know it). We follow advanced cleaning techniques and CDC guidelines for the home and The Hot Tub is emptied cleaned and refilled between each guest. The Home is on an acre of private land for you to enjoy. So, kick back and relax we got you covered.

Cousins reunite for Dolly
We loved our stay! Everything was very clean. We had plenty of fluffy towels. The high chair was a bonus although we brought a portable one for our 9month old. The kids loved the bunk beds and game room. Location was great! It’s very close to Dollywood and places to eat. We will definitely be back this summer to visit Dollywoods water park next time. Lastly, the hosts were great too! Very responsive with any questions we had. Pick this place!

Home has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Pigeon Forge. Close to all attractions but, yet very private and comfortable. Great home decorated very well and very comfortable for family. This house was perfectly located; less than three miles to Dollywood and two miles to Wild Bear tubing. The grandkids were beyond thrilled with the game room. The house was very clean and well stocked with towels and essentials. We would definitely rent this house again on a trip to Dollywood.

Perfect Mountain Home
This is the perfect place to stay in Sevierville! The home is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The game room is fantastic our grandchildren had so much fun in there. There is a hot tub on the back porch and you can watch the fireworks from Dollywood there. It’s located close to everything but out in a quiet neighborhood so it’s very relaxing in the mornings and evenings after being out all day. Love the front porch with all the rockers and swing. The hosts are great if you have any problem, they will fix it as soon as possible. I spoke with Patrick on the phone and had the pleasure to meet Dawn while we were there. They are the perfect hosts that want to make sure your trip is fantastic! We would definitely come back again. Thanks for making our trip fun !

The home was just as pictured, kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals, plenty of bath towels and shower shampoos, soaps and lotions plus fizzies for the jet tub. This was the perfect family getaway for our family. The location was ideal for Dollywood & surrounding attractions. The home was very clean & roomy for everyone. What a perfect place for our two families to stay. The game room was fun for the kids, and the hot tub was enjoyed by everyone! Furniture was comfortable, space was cozy, and the towels and toiletries were included! Easy packing. Plus the location was literally 5 mintutes away from Dollywood and less than 10 from Pigeon Forge. You just couldn't ask for a better getaway.

We had a blast!
When we arrived the cleaning lady was running behind, we were told we could go ahead and go in, but we didn’t wanna be in her way. We understand things happen, so we didn’t let that effect our trip! The house was really clean & welcoming. The kids absolutely loved playing in the game room and being in the hot tub. We parents also enjoyed the comfort of the home and how local it was to downtown. We loved our stay at Sunshine Cottage! It was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet-even though we were close to everything we wanted to do. Self-service check in and out was really easy, and the hosts were quick to respond to us whenever we had any questions. The whole home is tastefully decorated and the family room is nice and cozy. The fire in the fireplace with the touch of a button was really nice because the spring weather was still a bit chilly when we stayed. We also enjoyed the fun game room. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a pigeon Forge stay!
The house was very easy to get to! It was a great location for exploring pigeon forge and Gatlinburg! The house was very cozy for our group of 5! The check in/check out was very easy!! Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely consider staying again! The owners were also very easy to communicate with and was very helpful!!

We absolutely loved everything about this house. The game room is perfect, so many games! Hot tub was amazing, loved that there were baby items available you don’t get that in a lot of places! We had a great stay at Sunshine Cottage. The location is quiet but close to everything. Everyone enjoyed the game room activities! Owners have really done their best to ensure a lovely stay.
