"The room was excellent and the property is in excellent condition. The location is also fantastic in the heart of the city and minutes walk from all the major attractions. The only issue we had was the laundry. We were told there is laundry onsite. They have one wahser and one dryer for the whole complex. We came back one evening and they gave us a laundry pod for the washer at checkin desk at 8pm. We went to the laundry and it was locked. When we asked them about it they said ots only...
