Comfortable, clean and in great location near the cathedral and sites. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great for our family trip. Apartment had everything we needed. This was not a luxury accommodation but clean and comfortable is what I value (and apartment was priced as a value. ).

The property is located at the right place but a few additional arrangements / amenities could have made it an excellent stay. These are as follows: 1. Basic supplies of coffee (no tea) was provided for just one day. Perhaps some advance info could have prepared us to make suitable arrangements. International guests may not come with all the supplies and would be in a quandary to buy basic stuff like tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc. 2. We stayed here for 3 nights. Basic cleaning on day two or even third day could have been great. 3. The property is positioned as a hotel but there aren’t any round the clock staff or managerial staff so off hours communication is a challenge.

Issues: TV couldn't be used because of no cable signal. Have to buy your own toilet paper if used up. Small hand towels or washcloths would be much appreciated for the rooms. Kitchen too lightly stocked. I had to make rice for my sick son and only had a small frying pan.

We had a lovely stay at AZZ Sevilla Torre de la Plata! The location is fantastic, right by the river and river walk, with easy access to transportation whether you're using the bus or a car. It’s centrally located, making it convenient to explore all the main sights of Seville. Plus, there are plenty of nearby options for food, groceries, and local experiences. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. While amenities were a bit limited (e.g., TV wasn't working, minimal kitchen supplies, and no coffee/tea refills), we easily picked up what we needed at a nearby store, which was very convenient. Communication with the management team could be improved, especially after hours, but overall, it didn’t impact our experience too much. A bit more customer service would take this stay from good to great. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a central, convenient, and peaceful spot in Seville!

The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is modern and it has all you need . Both bedrooms are very comfortable as well as beds and pillows. The bathroom is modern and very comfortable as well. I had to talk to the front desk on two occasions and on both the clerks was gracious, courteous and prompt. Excellent accommodations. Strongly recommend!

Excellent value for money. This apartment is not suitable for people who want to communicate easily. They sent us an email in Spanish (we are Dutch) with a link to an online module to check in. The module crashed because it asked us to pay; we had already done that via Expedia. Incomprehensible that no email (in English) is sent with an explanation for people who arrive after the reception closing time. We only received that explanation on the day of arrival; much too late. That should be easy to improve. Nevertheless: had a pleasant stay. Important plus: the bus stop for the bus to and from the airport is 100m away! The cathedral and Alcazar are also very close.
