Ils ne sont pas humain, j'avais réserver depuis début août pour moi et ma fille j'arrive la ba et on m'annonce que c'est réserver à quelqu'un d'autre, j'arrive à 22h on m'accepte pas avec ma fille alors que je montre la preuve de ma réservation que j'avais payer ! Une honte j'ai galérer pendant 1h30 pour trouver autre chose imaginez un instant arrivée dans un autre pays, une ville que vous ne connaissez pas et on vous refuse avec un enfant alors que j'ai réserver une honte c'est inadmissible je ne recommande absolument pas ce sont des escrocs.
