I’d rent again
I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location was good, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and the host was kind and friendly. Loved being able to sit out on the rooftop patio in the mornings and evenings.

Great Duplex < 10 Minute Walk from Centre District
This is a great property located next to the Plaza de San Leandro. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the Centre District and conveniently located to the major sites. We liked it because it was a quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, etc. The hosts Daniel and Ana were very friendly and easy to deal with and made some great local restaurant recommendataions. We would stay here again. One caveat, the master BR and terrace are on the second floor up a spiral staircase. If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very well located, remarkably quiet, yet within easy walking distance of the city centre. It is is an old area with a very authentic feel.

Good apartment but needs wine glasses
The apartment was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was supplied including washing up liquid and tablets for the machine. The only bad thing there was no wine glasses and shortages of other such items. The apartment is in a great location close to all the main sights. We would stay here again

Great location - everything we need
Close to most sights yet in a quiet alleyway (Ensenada off Imperial). Only a 5 minute walk to several restaurants and a grocery stores and 8 minutes to the Cathedral and Alcazar. The unit is very comfortable for up to 4 people with 2 bathrooms. The air conditioning worked well and there was plenty of hot water for showers and the beds were comfortable. Note that the upstairs bedroom and terrace are accessed from a small spiral staircase that may prove difficult for some. Daniel is very responsive and lives nearby and very willing to give tips on where to eat and visit. We made simple breakfasts but you'll need to buy any ingredients (no butter, oil, salt, pepper, etc.). However, there are so many restaurants nearby that we didn't feel the need to cook. The only downsides are going up and down the spiral staircase (we moved downstairs to the bedroom with 2 singles) and the small upstairs shower. The walkway to the apartment isn't very attractive with neighboring buildings currently being renovated, but once in the building, there is a nice inner courtyard and peaceful silence. We would stay there again.

Elevator was a big plus. Walking distance to most attractions. Missing basic essentials for cooking. Had issues with bedroom and bathroom doors.. the ones upstairs squeaked and the one downstairs got stuck. Overall would recommend.

2BD/2BA in Santa Catalina, Seville
This is a super-central apartment in Santa Catalina neighborhood of Seville. It's within walking distance to all of the historic sites. The property manager is very available and helpful, and check-in was really easy. The unit is fully furnished and has everything you would need for a stay in Seville. The master bedroom is upstairs and has its own bath and a south-facing roof deck. The deck is fairly protected and private. Downstairs in the second bedroom (with 2 single beds) and bath. Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The only downside is the 2nd floor is reached by a spiral staircase that is narrow, so those with mobility issues should sleep on the ground floor. Otherwise, the building has an elevator so the unit is easily reached.

We really enjoyed our time in Sevilla. The apartment was clean. It had most everything except a wine opener. The location gave us easy access to restaurants and sightseeing. The host gave us some great eating location and sights to see. He was very helpful.

Great location, lovely apartment
Lovely apartment, very modern and well located near all the main sights. The terrace had a great view over the city, especially at night, with the Giralda in the distance. The kitchen was poorly equipped, however, and it would have been very difficult to cook but luckily we didn't want to. There was no corkscrew!! I did buy one and leave it there for futeture renters. I would definitely return here.

The location was excellent! Walked to everything and discovered some incredible neighbourhoods! Our host recommended restaurant was fabulous! A glass of wine on the upstairs patio was a very nice way to end the day. The neighbourhood bar was excellent for a late night Cervaza! The spiral staircase could be a challenge for large pieces of luggage. One suggestion would be to replace the upstairs shower wand holder.

Great Central Location
The apartment was clean and an ideal base for seeing the sights of Seville. Communications were great prior and upon arrival. The only small complaint was the apartment was listed with parking - you had to park in a street 10 mins walk away, if you were lucky enough to get a space. Other than - top marks for this apartment - no hesitation in recommending the company and the apartment.

Perfect Location
We loved our stay! Walking distance to all the major sights & transportation. Our hosts were so helpful! When the taxi company hung up on us because we didn’t speak Spanish they organized a taxi for us to the train station. The roof top deck was a delightful spot to relax and enjoy a wonderful bottle of wine. Fantastic restaurants just minutes away. Highly recommend this apartment, you won’t be disappointed. Cute apartment and location is wonderful
Louise and Juan were very friendly and easy to work with. Totally enjoyed the apartment and the city. Definitely will be back. One thing I would recommend is: get one big frying pan to go with the two little ones so you can cook more at a time. Otherwise we had everything we needed. Wish we could have enjoyed the terrace but this time of the year was a little chilly sitting out there would love to come back when it is a little warmer. We did eat pizza out there one night though and enjoyed the evening. We walked everywhere. The location was awesome! Thanks again for letting us stay.

Quiet and in a great location near the Cathedral and Alcázar. Nice to have the separation of bedrooms with bath in each. The upstairs terrace is a bonus for beautiful sunrises and a peak of the cathedral. Spiral staircase is a little sketchy for large suitcases and if you plan on cooking you’ll need to bring all your own condiments. Of course when on vacation why cook when there are many nice restaurants near by.

Perfect for two couples or family with two kids. Two en-suite bedrooms and didn't feel cramped as one bedroom upstairs. Lovely terrace too. Very, very quiet but only a short walk from all the sights and loads of bars and restaurants. Perfect.

Zentral gelegen
Die Wohnung war sauber und liegt sehr zentral. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch, kein Salz oder Pfeffer usw. muss alles mitgebracht werden. Die Wendeltreppe ist ziemlich eng und steil, also mit Vorsicht zu begehen. Sonst für Stadturlaub zu empfehlen.
