Charming and beautiful townhouse for up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private terrace with exceptional views to the Giralda tower, touristic icone of Seville.

It is located in the heart of the historic and monumental city center, just one block from the Cathedral, the most exclusive area in Seville. All the main interesting sites are within short walking distance (Giralda tower, Alcazar Royal Palace, City Hall, Archive of Indies, Santa Cruz district, Guadalquivir river, Golden tower, etc).

Recently refurbished for modern day-life, this townhouse with high wooden-beam ceilings is from the year 1900. All the bedrooms, as well as the living and dining room are provided with air conditioning and heating. All the beds have top quality beds. The wifi works well in the whole house and its use is free. It is distributed in 3 levels:

Beside the entrance hall is bedroom#1 with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, there is the large main double bedroom with two single beds placed together, double closet and en-suite batroom with shower.

On the second floor, there are bedroom #3 and the living and dining room with the kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The living room has a large (200x160cms) and comfortable double sofa-bed for 2 additional guests, 4 armchairs and a dining table. There are 2 extra beds available, that can be placed in the largest bedroom (the one on the first floor) upon request. There are also a baby cot and a high chair available upon request.

The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with all modern appliances (stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses).



The terrace has exceptional views to the Giralda tower. It is provided with a table with chairs, deck chairs and a shower. The laundry is aside (washing machine, iron with iron table and lines to hang the clothes, both inside and outside).

Great stay!
This property is not for anyone with knee problems, but since I'm not quite there yet... this was a great apartment! Great location, great interaction with the owners, and very clean. Just know it's one bedroom per floor (each with its own full bath!). Loved that there was a coffee shop right outside our door!

Overall the apartment was well-stocked with convenient appliances and comfortable beds. The location was very central to all Seville's major attractions and easy walking to shops and great restaurants. The owners were very friendly and helpful about how to maximize our time in this beautiful city.

Stairway to heaven
Maria was a fabulous host. Gave us a great introduction, explained everything. The location was PERFECT!!! So close to everything. Drinks and sunset on the rooftop patio was idyllic. We loved it and would love to stay again!!!!

Giralda house was very conveniently located literally a few minutes from the Cathedral. 3 level house with a rooftop terrace (although it was too hot that we did not get to enjoy). The host Maria was super nice and responsive, she gave all the information and details about the place. Our only regret is staying only one night, kids loved the place so much as well.

Fantastic location!
This apartment was in a wonderful location. There were so many restaurants and cafes around, not to mention the Cathedral, Alcazar, Setas, and more are in walking distance. We were in Sevilla during a heat wave (105+) and the air conditioning worked beautifully! Make sure you are ok with stairs—there are 35 up to the kitchen and living area. Maria was a wonderful hostess and gave us everything we needed!

The apartment is great and in a great location. As others have noted, there are a lot of stairs to get to the top area where the kitchen is. The stairs going from there to the rooftop and to where the laundry machine is are extremely steep and may not be suitable for some people. In the bottom bedroom there was noise from the street at night and in the second bedroom there was noise from the neighbours (sounded like a tv). Overall though, great place to stay!

Amazing Location
We had such a nice time staying in this home. It is in an amazing location in the heart of everything. However, it is very quiet and you would never know you were surrounded by so much activity. Sevilla is an amazing city, and even despite the extreme temperatures, we managed to have a really nice time! Maria is a great host and we highly recommend you’re staying in this apartment. Each of us had our own space, but also enjoyed gathering together in the main living room.

Absolutely Perfect
We have just had a fantastic long weekend in this house. The location is brilliant- we walked everywhere easily and were even able to pop back during the day when needed. Maria welcomed us when we arrived and gave us really helpful tips about where to go. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more - including efficient air conditioning. I’d highly recommend it.

Calm spot in the heart of Sevilla
The host was very responsive to our communication and gave us a good recommendation. The Appartment was very clean and well equipped. Each bedroom and bathroom is on a different level, which gives privacy. However, there is a lot of stairs there, which may be a drawback for some guests. We parked our rental car in the public parking nearby (18,5€/ day). The Appartment is in the prime location, right in the city center close to all the landmarks and surrounded by the restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Great apartment in central Seville!
This is a terrific apartment in central Seville. Maria was so lovely and met us at check-in. Like other guests mentioned, she gave us lots of information about the city (restaurants, sights, etc). She was so nice! The apartment was great for our three older kids and two adults. It does have a bunch of stairs (basically one bedroom at every level) so it would be great for a family with older kids, or adults who don’t mind stairs.

Beautiful and spacious house, ideal location!
This was a beautiful, spacious property! Rooms were large, beds were comfortable, and everything was immaculate. Huge bonus was a washer and dryer, and icing on the cake was the rooftop patio with a view of the cathedral tower. Location couldn't have been any closer to the Santa Semana action - we were 1 block from the cathedral and tons of restaurants and shops. Lastly, Maria was a fantastic host - she greeted us at the door, gave us a tour, had maps and guide books on Santa Semana (in English!) for us, and was readily available to answer our questions. I would highly recommend staying here and if I ever come back to Sevilla I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location
The apartment is in a great location, literally next to the Cathedral, short 3 min walk to Alcázar and it is surrounded by many restaurants & shops. It’s an excellent place to be, especially for your first time in Sevilla. The pro’s - heart of Sevilla, next to many places to visit, the spaciousness of the apartment. Notes to consider - there are many tourist, it can be noisy, there are many narrow & steep stairs to navigate. There is 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom on each of the 3 floors, with the patio on the 4th. This allows guests to spread out between floors…but it also means 50 stair-steps from the ground floor to the kitchen & living room. This was fine for us, but if you have any physical limitations be aware. Our host Maria was very kind and offered excellent communication.

Location is the Best!!! in the historic area near all the Best sites, plazas, stores and eating/drinking stops. in addition-the location is on a small no traffic pedestrian street. so even though you're in the middle of great activity, the house is very quiet and peaceful. the house was meticulously maintained and equipped for all our needs. the house manager Maria takes great pride in the property. in addition Maria is super responsive to questions and concerns. you send her a text you hear right back! that was so important to us. we stayed 3 weeks with different couples visiting us and they were all impressed with the house the location and Maria. we visited other apartments/houses while we were there thinking about 2025 just to see what was out there-nothing compared to location house and Maria! a Trifecta!!!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Seville
We were a family of six adults staying in this great apartment. One of the things that made our stay exceptional was our host, Maria. She maintained communication with me prior to, throughout, and even after our stay (I left my AirPods and she mailed them to me!) Upon arrival, we were met by Maria who allowed us to leave our luggage until the apartment was finished being cleaned, and she gave us a tour of the place. Maria also provided restaurant recommendations and even an English speaking doctor in case of emergency. The apartment is three levels, with a bedroom and bathroom on each level. It is clean, the beds were comfortable, and offered an outdoor terrace on the roof. The only downside would be the need to climb steps, but it also offers some good exercise! The location of the apartment could not be better - within a block of Sevilla's cathedral and the Royal Palace, along with countless restaurants, bars, and shops. I really can't recommend this apartment more - it was fabulous and we would definitely stay if we returned to Sevilla.
