The hotel Fernando lll was outstanding in every way. All of The staff were friendly and helpful. On check in we were hoping for a bit bigger of a room and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We really appreciated the room they were able to change us to, as it was convenient for our full week stay. The rooms were clean and the complementary coffee and water were much appreciated. We also want to give special recognition to Roscio (sp) at the front desk. She always went over and above helping us with our requests for information on what to see and directions to places like the train station when we wanted to go to Cordoba. She was always smiling and provided the best suggestions and directions. The room service was excellent and the food and wine choices were varied and delicious, satisfying a night in. We would happily stay again at their hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Seville. Easy walking distance to all the sites but was very quiet at night. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Fernando III. It’s in a fantastic location , right in the heart of Seville old town with lots of tapas bars , restaurants and sights right on the doorstep or just a short walk away Room was very clean and modern . Unfortunately was a bit too chilly to use the rooftop pool this time but I can imagine it’s a great spot on a hot day . Staff were so helpful , especially the lady on reception who kindly booked Real Alcazar tickets online for us (sorry didn’t get her name) Nice lounge area , great for a nightcap . Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in a great area in the beautiful city of Seville

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the condition of the room. Upon entering, there was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. It was clear they tried to mask the smell with an overpowering air freshener, but this only made things worse. The spray was so intense that we had to open the windows to ventilate the room, despite it being the middle of winter. When we informed the front desk about the issue, their response was to check the room. To our surprise, their "solution" was simply to spray the room again, making the situation even more unbearable.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is perfectly located - we walked to everything! Great spots to grab a drink and watch the people and of course, eat some delicious churros. Also there’s a laundry mat right across the street!!

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was very conveniently located very close to Seville Cathedral. Every staff member was very friendly and accommodating. We also tried their Orange Menu at the hotel restaurant and found very delicious. It was only €29 for four course meal. We will stay at Hotel Fernando III again. This hotel is highly recommended. Our stay was perfect!

The location of the hotel was hands down the most notable characteristic of the hotel, and is located very close to the Santa Cruz area, Alcazar, the cathedral and even Plaza de España. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options available from the buffet. The staff members were friendly and one of them (I unfortunately cannot remember her name) took the time to basically explain the whole city map to us! The check-in and check-out process were smooth and quick and the room was comfortable and the balcony was very cute. The only thing that we wished was better was the safe box. It did not seem to work no matter how many times we tried. We mentioned it to a staff member but it was not much help, which was unfortunate and we had to store our valuables in our luggage. But overall, it was a great hotel.
