"Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique."

"Comfortable hotel in a converted revival house built into the side of the hill, so be ready for stairs. Only interacted with the staff via expedia messaging and whatsapp due to our late arrival, but they were very helpful. No breakfast offered, but you can bring your own food, a bit like a hostel. Room was clean with nice bathroom and good AC. Parking was easy enough on street. Walking distance to Tsaravets. "

"The girl serving as the receptionist was really nice, unfortunately it was not possible to have a queen size bed and we had to sleep on 2 adjoining ones. The area is reachable by car and there is only the hotel restaurant available to dine in the vicinity. There was no shower gel which was disappointing. "

"We usually do not like boutique hotels, but we loved this one. Everything was nice specially the staff: Georgie, Simona, Viselina did everything to make us happy. The food is really nice although it took a lot of time to bring each course, but since the ambience of the terrace is so nice we didn't care. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again."
