"I always stay at the Hyatt Place in Poughkeepsie NY. This was my first time staying at the one in Albany NY. Overall great stay!! The down side is the rooms need microwaves for your convenience. Also, there is no place to park besides the parking lot that you have to pay for. It would also be nice to have a pool and jacuzzi. There is a nice pool at the one in Poughkeepsie. Still great stay overall. The bed is always comfortable!! Would definitely stay there again. "

"Incredible pillows!! Where can I buy them! Friendly and efficient staff. You need clear written directions for use the tv and shower. Please lower the temperature of the hot water! I simply inquired as tonwhat was going on and desk manager nastily said " we put a sign in lobby last night that we had power companies comimg in today." Since i had no reason to go to lobby at all the prior evening how was i supposed to know this? I really.asked politely as it really was of minor significance due to me checking out anyway.
