Staff at the hotel were all great start to finish, the food at the restaurants and room service was excellent and the staff were always attentive and available. "The room advertised is the room that I initially paid for, however the manager who was kind enough to be waiting for me at the arrivals gate, tried to slip me a smaller room on the fly that was infested with cockroaches the size of my palm crawling all over the walls!
