Great spot in the heart of the core. Connected to the mall and two critical train lines. The accommodation itself is very nice. Equipped with a kitchen with washer/dryer for laundry. A separate living room and dining room and office and bedroom with full bath and powder room. Very nice place.

The IFC Residence was a brilliant hotel experience. I booked the King suite which was very spacious and clean and the facilities were brilliant. As someone who loves swimming and saunas, the roof pool and spa facilities were excellent. The pool opens at 7am and doesn't close until 10pm. At one point I was the only one using the pool and jacuzzi area - looking out right at the financial centre buildings. So good! There was a minor hiccup with the check-in system, but the hoteliers kindly provided free refreshments on their 3rd floor resting area whilst they sorted it out. Very impressed!

The IFC Residence is perfectly located in the financial center above the IFC Mall, which contains City Super market and below that is the Lujiazui stop on the #2 line of the metro. The rooms are huge and fully equipped. Great views of the towering skyscrapers. You could live here and be totally at home, if only for a few days or even years. We stayed in a studio which did not feel that it was a studio with the huge bathroom and nicely appointed kitchen. This is definitely the place to stay if visiting Shanghai. Staff was wonderful, the indoor rooftop pool is something else.

Excelente hotel. The best hotel I’ve stayed in. Would love to visit the hotel again. Everything was perfect. Great apartment. No issues. Beds & sofa were very comfortable. Ac was cold, perfect. Refrigerator was cold, freezer was cold, it could freeze your water if you wanted to, great size of refrigerator. Very spacious. Outlets were suited to universal. Everything was on point.

Wonderful Stay and Conveniently Located
Spacious and conveniently located in the heart of Lujiazui with excellent view of the surrounding business district. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance in the IFC Mall and the Super Brand Mall across the road. Metro lines 2 and 14 are right at the doorstep. Check-in was efficient but front desk could have been more forthcoming by highlighting the facilities available within the premise. We were not informed and had to self-discover.
