"Brought my nephew to see Santa in Bunratty and this was the closest hotel i could find. Delighted we found it. My nephew said it was the best hotel he has ever stayed in. Reception even printed him a map of where to find Santa. All the staff here were extremely good and friendly. Definitely a place i would go back to or recommend. Cater to gluten free as well. "

"Lovely hotel not far from city center. Room was a nice size with a view of the river Shannon. Very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff could not be more helpful, they validated our car park ticket for much cheaper parking right beside the hotel. I will be back again "

"I had a wonderful five-night stay at Woodfield Hotel. My room was comfortable and I slept very well. I found the on-site restaurant had great food which was very convenient. This hotel is across the river from Limerick city centre which can easily be accessed by walking or a short drive. I found places to shop within walking distance and there is a lovely nearby area for a walk. Parking is ample and free, a great benefit. Since this is not a chain hotel, the service is personal and staff are empowered to do things to make one’s stay a great experience. But, the best thing about my stay was the employees. All I met were helpful and cheerful. A special thank you is due LeeAnn at the front desk. She helped me get settled, helped me find some things I needed in the local area and was a bright spot every day during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable, home-like experience. I hope to visit again some day. "

"The hotel was great. The only negative was the design of the bathroom door. Frosted glass so when your partner gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom the light shines right through onto the bed."
