Great staff makes a great stay !!!

A great stay with a great staff ....all gentlmen at front desk were so kind and polite and they all did thier best to fulfill our requet to have rooms close to each other !!! Our check-in was made immediatly when we arrived at about 10 00 AM and about 11 AM every family were accomidated !! so I appreciat all the gentlmen : Mr. Mhammad ..Mr.Ali..Mr Amjad ..Mr Hossain..Mr. Hossam and all the the others at the front desk,, I would like to mention all the staff at the Lobby Bar for their kindness and well serves espacially the waiter Mahmoud ..so were the life guards at the upper pool and every body at the restuarents and the Barbeque man for every thing they did !! A negative thing was a poor serves around the pool area !! every thing you need tou have to jump out and to walk a distance to get it !! ( towels ...water ...ect !!)...

Resort agréable mais attention en février vous ne pourrez vous baigner que dans les 2 piscines chauffées et il y a du vent. Les pommeaux de douche mériteraient un bon détartrage, juste un filet d’eau car ils sont bouchés. Personnel, on croise autant de serveurs souriants que d’autres qui ne sont pas du tout agréables (particulièrement aux bars) et qui ne font aucun effort pour faire un cocktail. Le personnel pour la chambre très agréable. Il est dommage, à cette période, qu’il n’y ait aucune variation sur le buffet, on a eut le même midi et soir durant 1 semaine.

Très mauvaise experience! A fuir ne vous fiez surtout pas aux commentaires flatteurs . L’hôtel est certes beau , doté d’un bel espace aquatique néanmoins la nourriture est vraiment horrible et le personnel très désagréable. La qualité des produits laisse à désirer , nous sommes tous tombé malade. De plus aucun effort n’est fournis pour vous faciliter votre séjour. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel

Otelin genel temizliği dışında hiçbirşey beklediğimiz gibi değildi maalesef, özellikle reception personeli dışında çalışan tüm servis elemanlarının suratsızlığı ve agresifliği, verdikleri daha doğrusu vermedikleri hizmet, size karşı bakışları, kendi aralarında yerel dillerinde saçma sapan konuşmaları (gözünüzün içine baka baka, belliki çok da iyi niyetli olmayan şekilde), restoranların ve barların pisliği, gerçekten tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu bizim için, kesinlikle bir daha ziyaret etmeyeceğimiz ve kimseye de tavsiye etmeyeceğimiz bir tesis.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub, insbesondere deshalb, weil die Ausflüge zum Katharinenkloster, zum Jackson Reef und zum Ras Mohammed (inklusive White Island) sowie zum Blue Hole (mit Abstecher zum Wadi und der Oase Qnai bei Dahab) ganz grossartig waren. In Ägypten waren jetzt zum dritten (und sicherlich nicht letzten) mal. Es ist ein sehr interessantes Land, das Klima ist bekömmlich und die Menschen sind sehr freundlich, so dass man Ägypten als Urlaubsland uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann.

I really enjoyed visiting here with my Mother. The hotel caters for all from couples to kids to families and even Mum and Sons as in my case! Everything is spotlessly clean and the staff are kind and helpful. The Duty Manager is also a nice guy (Mr. Magdy) and can help with any issues you have, he is always out and visible. Full marks from me 10/10.

Diese Hotelanlage ist sehr groß und das Angebot an Unterhaltung ist gut. Für Schwimmer ist aber die gesamte Gegend NABQ nicht sehr gut geeignet, weil das Ufer sehr flach ist und es über 100m ins Meer hinausgeht ohne das es tief wird. Das Angebot für Schnorchler und Taucher ist sehr gut. Das Angebot für das Essen ist riesig und schmeckt sehr gut, ganz besonders Rind. Deutsch wird wenig gesprochen, dafür sehr viel russisch. Aber das Personal in allen Abteilungen ist sehr hilfsbereit. Mein Spanngurt um den Koffer war gerissen, habe dies dem Zimmerservice gezeigt, war nach 10min repariert, besser als die Originalnaht. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
