"It was our first time and we loved it. Room was clean, staff very helpful and kind. Convenient distance to all we had to do. The only downside is that we had a room facing the exterior and my son and I had a hard time sleeping at night when the bar scene came to life. We felt the music in our room, people shouting, police, ambulance, we heard it all from the fifth floor. The hotel did offer to swap our room but at that point we had a night to stay and we decided to keep our room instead of moving. Being located near all these bars is clearly out of the hotel’s staff’s hands and therefore we are giving it a 5 on 5 for everything else. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back. "

"We stayed here for a few nights in one of the King Suites and absolutely loved it. Accessible to great food, shopping, attractions, and the start of the Freedom Trail. Staff were engaged and friendly. Room was very clean and well maintained. Food onsite was good. We would definitely stay here again!"
