"We had a very comfortable one night stay. Shout out to Sienna at Reception for the lovely and efficient welcome when we first arrived (she was able to allow us to check in early, she asked why we were visiting and was knowledgeable). The next day we had breakfast and shout out to Purna, Alfie and the whole team. GREAT JOB. They all were crazy busy but so efficient and helpful. THANK YOU. oh and we didn't know how to use the room safe and 2 people kindly helped. Nothing was too much bother...
