The space

This property is located right at the heart of the centre and close to major landmarks such as Kelham Island, The University of Sheffield, Sheffield Hallam University, The Cathedral etc. The apartment will be exclusively available to you during your stay, with free access to WIFI.

The stylish apartment has a living room with a flat-screen SMART TV which includes Freeview channels allowing you to relax after sightseeing or after a day of work in Sheffield. Holding six guests; with two contemporary decorated bedrooms that have two king-size beds and one double-seated sofa which folds out into a double-size bed in the living room.

The property has been finished to a high standard, offering all of the essentials to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and as cosy as possible. Each bedroom has a new king-size mattress, a large wardrobe and a bedside table.

The kitchen is fully stocked with top-quality new appliances; a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, pots, pans, utensils etc. This gives you the option to cook delicious meals with your friends and family and eat at the dining table so you don't have to venture out to the restaurants all of the time.

Included in the apartment is a large bathroom with a combined bath and shower. Fresh towels and a hairdryer are provided. For guests that are staying for a longer period of time, there is an iron and ironing board as well as an integrated washer/dryer available.

You will have your own set of keys so you can come in and out at whatever times you like.

Public paid parking is available and is in front of the apartment building.
