Yes I would love to give you feedback on your absolutely garbage establishment. First the booking was easy enough as it always is with expedia. Then the day of the booking I had employees traveling to Shelby to pick up a piece of equipment. 1-29-25 at 8:33 PM an employee from oyo called and asked if we were still going to be making it to the hotel that night. I had shared that that they were driving 1100 miles and and cell service for them was spotty so I was not sure there exact ETA but had anticipated them to show up 10:30 pm to 11:30 Pm. They ran into a slight problem on the road and arrived a little after midnight. Once arriving to the hotel they were greeted with lock doors and nobody to help them check in, calling numerous times no answer, banging on door, yelling for assistance no help. Finally someone answered the phone and said they could be there shortly and was incredibly rude with my guys. Finally got tired of this place and just put them in another hotel so they could get some rest before driving back the next day. Then comes the best part they next day I call the manager or he said he was wouldn't give me his name, let me tell you he is a complete piece of work. RUDE, UNPROFFESIONAL, and quite frankly just a total AS*H*LE. For the quality of this place couldn't tell you as we were never able to get through the locked doors. But the Customer service side is probably the worst I have ever seen in any industry especially the hospitality industry. I would sleep in
